Epoxy Efforts

The first epoxy inlay created.

We recently started to work epoxy into our cutting boards and serving trays. The first product we created was an epoxy inlay table, which had its challenges but the amount used was much less. Our goal with adding epoxy to the smaller pieces was to have the live edge show through and to add a “glow” to the product when it was held up to a light. I must say, the effect of the glow exceeded my expectations! Overall we are very pleased with the outcome and we are encouraged to keep working with epoxy in products where it makes sense.
